Dagon pusilla flies mostly in Bolivia and Peru, and there would be some records from Ecuador.
Keith R Willmott believes this specimen, not collected, could possibly be a female, although he thinks he never saw one before ;
we've not been able to find a picture or a description of Dagon pusilla female.
