we're clearly lost in Heliconius numata taxonomic situation ; in Holzinger we have thirty subspecies and more than one hundred forms ! thirty eight ssp in Keith Brown 1979, and "only" twenty eight in butterfliesofamerica !
and this one, found near Pablo Sexto, which is somewhere between lenaeus from Ecuador, euphone from Colombia and tarapotensis from Peru ?
