Protographium agesilaus autosilaus flies from Mexico down to Southern Brasil; in Ecuador it can be fairly abundant on the Eastern slopes of the Andes between 300 and 1000 meters (Bollino & Onore 2001).
seen at rio Pastaza and rio Shankaime, and West of Sucúa.
