we found this Dalla sp at 3000 m East of Atillo ; Bernard Hermier considers it should be Dalla lenda Evans 1955, but also, maybe, a new sp ?
this female is almost certainly the first one known to Science, as the first female of either Dalla lenda, or of an undescribed species.
the butterflies in numbers, photographed near Azogues, probably belong to the same species.
