Enantia lina (until recently it was Enantia licinia) flies from Central America to the Amazon basin, and is a highly variable species (d’Abrera 1981).


the butterflies seen at rio Shankaime and rio Pastaza and near Sucúa and Méndez look like ssp galanthis, but the validity of Enantia lina ssp has yet to be shown.
