we collected Urbanus pronus (Bernard Hermier) near Rìo Negro, Puyo, by rio Palora, near San Isidro and 9 de Octubre.
green Urbanus make for an extremely difficult group ; it wouldn't have been possible to identify these butterflies without the efforts and expertise of Ernst Brockmann and Bernard Hermier, and without genitalia study and DNA barcoding.
