Neographium leucaspis flies on the Eastern slopes of the Andes from Colombia to Bolivia, usually between 800 and 1400 meters (Bollino & Onore 2001).
in 2006 we only saw one on the road to 9 de Octubre, and probably a few on the wing near Rio Negro ; in february 2007 Neographium leucaspis was flyng in numbers near rio Pastaza and rio Shankaime and was flying on the road to 9 de Octubre.
the female is not known to Science.
