wingspan : approx. 40/45 mm
skippers seen at rio San Luis, 1300 m, and on the trail to Sardinayacu ; they belong to the P. phidias group which numbers about ten similar looking species (Ernst Brockmann pers. com.) ;
hence it is not possible to identify them on the basis of a live photograph, and they may belong to two different species.
