Ceratinia tutia is one of those species the taxonomy of which may look farfetched or fanciful :
- not only 28 subspecies, of which 9 currently in the works,
- but also three sympatric subspecies around Puyo : this one, radiosa and callichroma.
on this page this form near poecila, common around Puyo ; it was also pictured on the Sardinayacu trail and near Macuma.
