we found Catasticta semiramis palla at rio Ashilan, 3000 m.
palla is said to be the ssp flying in Southern Ecuador ? but...
quite a few times we collected Catasticta semiramis palla and C. s. willmotti in the same area between 9 de Octubre and Atillo,
but C. s. palla always at elevations of 3000 meters, and C. s. willmotti at only 1700/1900 m.
