Astraptes sp 1791 comes from Guarumales, 1800 m, Pablo Sexto, 1350 m and San Isidro, 1100 m ; it looks rather like Astraptes fulgerator and A. tucuti but its hair is a strong orange and is more furnished than on other Astraptes "fulgerator".
we collected one female and three males that could belong to the same species, perhaps the same undescribed species ?
