Lymanopoda albocincta flies in the Sangay where it is said to be common between 1800 y 2400 meters (TWP).


at last we found Lymanopoda albocincta in the rio Paute valley and in the Baños/Puyo corridor.


it should be noted that the Lymanopoda albocincta from West of the Andes hace a very narrow HW white line, when East of the Andes these lines are much thicker in Napo and Sucumbios, not so much in Sangay NP, and, in Southern Ecuador, these lines are almost as narrow as they are in the West - see new facts page.
